Before we begin
Thank you for doing this before we meet.
There are four short parts. Together they take about thirty minutes. None of it is a test, and there are no wrong answers — the point is that I arrive at our first conversation already knowing something about you, so we don't spend our first hour getting oriented.
Please send it back at least three days before we meet.
First
What is this about?
Everything that follows will be asked about the area you pick. Choose the one that is most alive for you right now — not the one that seems most reasonable.
Your answers save in this browser as you go, so you can stop and come back. Nothing is sent anywhere until you send it yourself at the end.
Because they save here, they stay in this browser until you clear them. Use this to start over, to leave without finishing, or to wipe your answers from a shared computer when you're done.
Part 1
What brings you here
A few sentences each is plenty.
Part 2
The Wise Effort Assessment
Five areas. In each, check every statement that feels true of you.
Some blocks will be lopsided. That's the useful part.
Part 3
Your genius, roughly
We'll go much deeper in our first session. For now, first instincts are better than careful ones.
What comes easily to you?
Small groups or large, alone to recharge or with others.
What you're drawn to.
Part 4
Where your energy goes
Last step
Send it back
That's everything. Thank you — I'll have read all of it before we speak.
Copy your answers and paste them into an email to , or download a copy and attach it.

If more than one area is alive
You're welcome to fill this in again for a different area and send me both. Send or download this one first — then use Clear everything below and start over with a different choice.
I'd stop at two, though. Three areas at once means none of them gets worked on properly.
