What to Expect During Your Retreat
Arrival: April 10th, 2027 — the first group meal is dinner.
Departure: April 17th, 2027 — breakfast is the last group meal.
The Wise Effort program begins the morning after arrival, with optional early yoga and the first group meeting after breakfast.
What You’ll Learn

You’ll learn the Wise Effort Method: a practical way to notice where your energy is going, what is driving you, and what keeps tripping you up. You’ll identify the patterns that pull you off track and learn how to redirect your effort toward what matters.

Reconnect with your body.
You’ll come back into your body through movement, nourishing food, ocean walks, and deep rest. This is a place where you will completely unwind — along with a community of others who are also ready for a reset.

Return with direction.
You’ll have space for contemplative walks, mid-day naps, and time to reflect on the things daily life doesn’t leave time for. You’ll clarify where your energy is most needed and leave with practices to keep your momentum going when you return home.

Blue Spirit has several studios with views of the ocean, mountains, and jungle. Each is fully equipped with yoga mats and props, a high-quality audio-visual system, and air conditioning when you want it.
Gourmet Cuisine
Your stay includes three consciously-prepared gourmet vegetarian meals a day, with locally sourced fish three evenings a week and eggs each morning. The buffet always offers vegan and gluten-free options.

Terms
The upgrades are offered for an additional fee, paid directly to Blue Spirit.
A 50% per-person deposit secures your spot at booking (non-refundable).
Final balance due March 10, 2027.
A signed Cancellation & Retreat Policies Agreement is required with your deposit. The cancellation policy is strict; travel insurance is recommended.

Dr. Diana Hill
Your GuideDiana Hill, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, international trainer, and sought-after speaker on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion. She hosts the Wise Effort podcast and is the author of The Self-Compassion Daily Journal, The ACT Daily Journal, and Wise Effort. Diana works with individuals and organizations to develop psychological flexibility, so they can build fulfilling, impactful lives.
Luca Cupery believes that every human body has a deep intelligence, one to be approached with sincerity, curiosity, and compassionate devotion. For over nineteen years she has dedicated herself to the practice and study of yoga, drawing on nature, Traditional Chinese Medicine, music, Prem Baba’s Path of the Heart, the work of Bob Cooley on Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training, and her studies in psychology.

April 2027 rates
Prices include three daily meals, retreat sessions, yoga, and your choice of available rooms. Rates are per person, per week.
What you need to know
Price includes
Accommodations, three organic buffet meals daily, retreat and yoga sessions, use of Blue Spirit’s facilities, and all events on the retreat itinerary unless noted.
Not included
Airfare, airport shuttle, gratuities, café items, spa or rejuvenation treatments, optional services or excursions, and the 7-day detox program.
Getting there
Liberia (LIR) is the closest airport; arrange the roughly three-hour shuttle once your flights are booked.
