Wise Effort — Weekly Workbook

Between sessions

Get curious.

This is the part of the work that happens when I am not in the room. It takes about twenty‑five minutes and it is not a test — nothing here is graded and there is no answer that makes you look better. The point is that you arrive at our next session having already turned the question over, so we can start somewhere real.

Send it back to me at least a day before we meet.

Which week

Where are we?

Pick the week that follows the session we just had.

Your focus

What is this about?

Use the same area you chose in your pre‑assessment. Everything that follows is written for it — change this and the questions change with it.

Your answers save in this browser as you go, so you can stop and come back. Nothing is sent anywhere until you send it yourself at the end.

Because they save here, they stay in this browser until you clear them. Use this to start over, to leave without finishing, or to wipe your answers from a shared computer when you are done.

Sending Saved

Last step

Your week, written up.

Here is everything you wrote, laid out as a single page. Print it to PDF or download it and send it over — and keep a copy for yourself. It is worth reading back in a month.

Send to diana@drdianahill.com. The downloaded page opens in any browser and prints cleanly.

When you are done, clear it. Your answers are still saved in this browser until you do, which matters most on a shared, borrowed, or work computer. Download or copy the page first — clearing cannot be undone.
